Gratitude? Peace Process? I think Israel May have Had the Hood Pulled Over their Eyes On This One
"Gaza is not Palestine," a masked spokesman for Hamas's armed wing told a news conference in Gaza City.
"As for Jerusalem and the West Bank, we will seek to liberate them by resistance just as the Gaza Strip was liberated," said the spokesman, surrounded by gunmen and militants with rocket launchers.

I've thought about this one hard. I think that by giving up Gaza, Sharon is going to be able to do somethings. One is to push off on the EU responsibility for their wards in Gaza. The Palestinians will do nothing but embarrass them from here on out. Two, Israel will be able to totally seal up Gaza and let the PA, Hamas, and Hezbollah slug it out so that the murderers kill each other off rather than having to have Israeli troops do it. And the last is that if whoever misbehaves in Gaza hits Israel, Israel will be able to hit back with the full measure of a state vs. a state response.
I think you have great insight!
Hello u 2 . Nice to c u cross the great divide in cyberspace.
T-Bone (a.k.a. logblogger) thinks both of you have excellent comments. It is very difficult to defend yourself when the enemy is within. Israel has had this situation in Gaza.
