I have a feeling, once the Ted Kennedys, Pelosis, et al, spout off and do their grandstanding; he will be confirmed! First the democratic display then the confirmation!
West Virginia has been a conserative state for a long time; but it was controlled by liberal Democrats. Sen. Byrd and Sen. Rockafeller( from pot holes in roads while Gov. of WV) say conservative quotes just befor election, then go back to harsh critics of conseratives for another six years.
