I do believe it's time to strategically strike North Korea's nuclear facilities.
Really, if North Korea is not going to listen to China, Japan, and the U.S. 3 majors in the 6 party talks..........do we really think they are afraid of a Chapter 7 slapped on them from the United Nations? LOL
All they have to do is look at past history of the United Nations, and it's lack of enforcement and under the table dealings. Someone will get rich off of the Chapter 7 and North Korea will continue testing, and the North Korean people will continue to live in darkness eating Stone Soup.

(Kyodo) _ Chinese President Hu Jintao and U.S. President George W. Bush talked about their reactions to North Korea's reported nuclear test by telephone Monday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.
Hu told Bush that China has issued a statement condemning the North's nuclear test but warned against taking action which could further aggravate the situation, the ministry said.

ya and now they are headed back to the six party talks.....
North Korea must be feeling the sanctions......
