Possibly, but the stakes were never this high (nuclear proliferation, overpopulation, loose nukes, etc...). If John Adams screwed things up, it didn't affect the entire world the way this president's actions do. Therefore, I say it again; worst president ever.
The GOP has control of every branch of government, yet they failed to get anything of substance done in the last 6 years. If they're not spending their time criticizing Bush, what has stopped them from getting things done?
